The Chef signs the new course of the brand: panettone and pandoro, but also new products for daily consumption, united by gourmet ingredients and original flavor combinations.
Tradition, creativity and quality for the new premium positioning of the historic brand
Tradition and innovation, recipes inspired by Italian gastronomy and creativity, simplicity and refined ingredients: it is from this mix that the new innovative course of Motta signed by the Chef with a long starred career Bruno Barbieri begins. Panettone and pandoro, but also new products for daily consumption, such as snacks and biscuits, all made unique by the chef’s touch and selected ingredients.
With the Look into the future, but without forgetting the richness of its history, started in Milan in 1919, Motta is positioned as premium brand of the Bauli Group and launches a brand new range of references that promisesan exprience which is gastronomic original and surprising.

Innovation followed two lines of development: the renewal of existing products with the search for original combinations and the creation of new experiences such as Bucamou and Mottino.
“When I was asked to work on the project for the new Motta, I was surprised, but I believe that combining the experience of a chef with that of a pastry chef was the key to a result that will leave its mark” comments Bruno Barbieri. “This project, which required about a year of work, goes beyond a simple collaboration between a company and a Chef: it is not just the ideas of a visionary, but the emotions of a free-spirited soul. I have worked on products that evoke memories and inside each new product there are the secrets, the experience, but also the dreams of a Chef. There is the work of many people, but above all there is the heart: because without that, you won’t go anywhere! My thanks go to all those who put a bit of themselves into it.”
The new “collection”Motta was presented on October 23rdon the occasion of an exclusive evening in the rooms of Palazzo Clerici a few steps from Milan Cathedral: a unique menu, created by Bruno Barbieri with the new Motta products, from starters to desserts; the extraordinary musical company of an artist likeOrnella Vanon; the artistic photographs of the American Suzanne Saroff. Naturally, there was no shortage of all the new Motta products, displayed as true creations of taste in display cases together with their ingredients.
It is the beginning of a new era for a historic brand like Motta and it will be celebrated by an important multi-channel campaign, starting October 27th.
