PROCESS

The Bauli Group has introduced a “phygital” onboarding experience, combining both human and digital approaches to make new employees feel part of the team from the start.

After an initial in-person welcome, where the new hire receives a sustainable welcome kit, the process continues with a digital journey that includes emotional and informative videos about the company’s history and culture. This flexible approach allows new hires to manage the timing and pace of their journey.

Additionally, the process culminates in community events such as the welcome party and a visit to the company’s production facilities. The goal is to make onboarding more engaging and two-way, using digital technologies to enhance the human element and improve employee well-being and engagement.
