Motta lights up Milan’s Christmas

Starting from 6 December 2024, Motta lights up with magic Piazza della Scala with “Taste meets Milan and the stars”, elegant Christmas tree kept in a delicate boule de neige.

Taste meets Milan and the stars. Motta, premium brand of Bauli Group which recently inaugurated the new course signed by Chef Bruno Barbieri, brings to Milan his starry touch with a elegant Christmas tree in Piazza della Scala created in collaboration with Next Different. Kept inside a refined boule de neige, the tree lights up the city center with one spectacular alternation of lightsthat shine on decorations in shades of distinctive blue and brilliant gold.

Today, 6 dicembre 2024, the Motta Christmas Tree was inaugurated with a special evening hosted by Natasha Stefanenko at the presence of Michele Bauli, President of the Bauli Group, of Martina Riva, Sports Councilor, Tourism and Youth Policies of the Municipality of Milan, and of Chef Bruno Barbieri which, combining tradition and innovation, simplicity and refined ingredients, has renewed the entire collection of the brand.
One unique and engaging show accompanied the lighting of the Motta Tree : the brand has in fact given the public of Piazza della Scala a gift a visual and sensorial experience with an extraordinary performance by pian skywho released the evocative song “Golden Hour”, protagonist of the Motta campaign, followed by notes more evocative of Christmas melodies.

“The history of Motta began in 1919 on the initiative of Angelo Motta in Milan, and with an eye always turned to the future, it is precisely here that we return today to strengthen the bond with the city”,comments Michele Bauli, President of the Bauli Group. “We would like to thank the Municipality of Milan for giving us the opportunity to contribute, through this Tree in Piazza della Scala, to the valorisation of such an important moment as Christmas”.

Starting from 8 December 2024 and until 6 January 2025 the spectacular installation of the Motta Christmas Tree will come alive every day for passers-by: the public will have the opportunity not only to be surprised by the tasting of the Motta line signed by Chef Bruno Barbieri, but also to win one of the products from the new range.

Furthermore, for the entire month of December the Bauli Group through a domination which uses analog and digital solutions, dyes the San Babila stop of the M4 metro and Piazza Gae Aulenti in the iconic Motta blue. The result is an immersive and engaging user experience that takes the audience into a journey into the magic of Christmas and the unique taste of Motta,consolidating the bond that unites the brand to the city of Milan. The initiative is part of one Mediamond OOH campaign carried out in collaboration with the OMG media centre which points to strengthen the visual identity of the brand through strategic positioning in some of the most significant and transit places in the Lombardy capital.
