Over the four-day event, the Verona-based company’s stand (Stand G 004 in Pavilion 06) will come alive with numerous tastings of products for both the Italian and international markets: from festive items like the inimitable Pandoro and Colomba from Verona, to a range of sweet and savoury snacks to enjoy throughout the day. Another big attraction will be Minuto Bauli, a small cake made with Pandoro dough, baked and filled on the spot with various creams and preserves. On 7 May at 3:30pm, in the Innovation Area in Pavilion 7, there will be a talk entitled “Democratic” quality: from chefs to big corporations, the new challenge facing the world of food. The speakers will be Davide Castagnaro, a member of Bauli Group’s Research & Development team and of the Bauli Patisserie Academy, and Michelin-starred chef Bruno Barbieri, in a conversation exploring the relationships between Made in Italy businesses and the world of celebrity chefs. “CIBUS is strategic for us in terms of dialogue with the main stakeholders and players in the Italian and international supply chain,” said Bauli Group CEO Fabio Di Giammarco. “So we’re proud not only to be taking our hero products to this Fair, but also to be up on stage talking about new challenges in the world of food with a chef like Bruno Barbieri. I think this dialogue will produce some interesting ideas for the market.” Would you like to know more? Who we are A company that represents the perfect balance between tradition and innovation.
